Refund policy
RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
Returns or exchanges may be made within 30 days from the date your order shipped or received in store. The item must be unused and in the original packaging.
Customers must contact Baseball Addicts and receive approval prior to returning any item. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted or processed.
Customers are responsible for any return shipping fees. Shipping charges (if any) will be deducted from your refund.
Once we receive the item(s), we will process your refund for you. Please ensure that your order number is included inside and/or on the outside of your return package. This allows us to keep track of what is coming in and process your refund as quickly as possible.
To do an exchange, place a new order for the correct product and return the original item for a refund (if eligible). Once we receive the returned item(s), we will process your refund.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- All apparel items purchased online (these are custom-made items and are non-refundable)
- Gift cards
- Customized or personalized products
- Sale items
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often processing time before a refund is posted.

SHIPPING RETURNS
To return your product, please email info@thebaseballaddicts.com for return instructions.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund unless otherwise specified during the return process.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
