By purchasing the Elite 10-Pack, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. No Refund Policy
All package purchases are final. No refunds, transfers, or credits will be issued for any unused sessions, for any reason, including but not limited to schedule conflicts, relocation, or personal circumstances.

2. Expiration
This package must be used within 6 months from the date of purchase. Any unused sessions remaining after the expiration date will be forfeited.

3. Non-Transferable
This package is non-transferable and may only be used by the purchaser unless otherwise approved in writing.

4. Scheduling & Cancellations
Appointments must be scheduled in advance. A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of that session.

5. Late Arrival Policy
Late arrivals may result in a shortened session or forfeiture, depending on scheduling availability.

6. Package Usage
Each visit/session will deduct one credit from the package. It is the clients responsibility to track and use their sessions before expiration.

7. Agreement
By purchasing and using this package, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agreed to all terms listed above.
