Uniform Packages:
Please confirm with your coach which jersey and hat are to be included within your team’s uniform package. Our team hold orders to a certain date (specified by your organization) and process together, once orders move into production we cannot exchange or refund items that have been ordered as they are customized.
Email notifications will be sent out once orders are ready for pickup.
Baseball Addicts Turnaround Times:
· Turnaround times for hats and jerseys are 3.5-4 weeks from the date the coach from your team specifies that all orders are due, and the uniform store closes.
o If the player’s name and number is not provided at the time the order is initially placed, this will cause a delay in the turnaround time, as the order cannot be moved into production without this information.
