Please note all items are custom items and not eligible for exchanges or refunds/ all sales are final.   Our team will process orders either as they come in or hold orders to a certain date (specified by your organization) and process together, once orders move into production we cannot exchange or refund items that have been ordered as they are customized.

Email notifications will be sent out once orders are ready for pickup.  Please see turnaround time for expectations, as not all orders will be available for pickup at the same time based off the date that they are places.
